Zafer principal for PI Floor did an outstanding job installing engineered hardwood in my two bedrooms. He was prompt, courteous, professional and offered a superior price for materials and installation compared to other larger flooring companies in Victoria B.C. Canada. I would highly recommend him for any flooring job.

As a contractor, I rely heavily on my trades to be consistent, reliable and do great work. Zafer checks all these boxes and more. Pi flooring is my go to for all of my clients flooring needs in their residential and commercial applications.

My realtor Harrison Siemens recommended PI Floors for my rental condo. It's an old building and the floors were uneven and in bad shape. PI was in and out in record time and the floors look fantastic- can't belive they could look that good. I was very pleased with the price as well. I will certainly be using this company in other units going forward.

Worked with PI Flooring for our window treatment installation based on our contractor's recommendation. I truly appreciated the excellent communication and care from Zafar and Ali. Would consider using them again in the future.

Hi all, I was referred to Pi Flooring from a friend after flooding happened at my hime in Victoria. They promptly came and measured the next morning. After being presently with lots of options I chose vinyl plank of great quality made in B.C. They scheduled me and showed upon time and did a great job. No mess no fuss. The owner followed up with me to confirm everything was good. Would gladly use again or feel confident to refer them to others!

Our designer and contractor were in disbelief! Zafer arrives on time every day, cleans up, is super respectful because we both work from home and he does exactly what he says he is going to do. We shopped around and his prices are the best. Our floors look beautiful! We are thrilled.

We are very pleased with the floors!

Recently, they did put laminated flooring in our laundry room. We're highly impressed with their works. The price is also comparatively low. I'll request them to do our next flooring job.

I am writing this on behalf of my neighbor Anne. Anne is very happy with her vinyl plank flooring. Right from the beginning Zafer was courteous and helpful, he not only brought the samples to Anne but also helped her pick the right flooring for her condo. He gave a timeline and kept to it. Anne is very impressed with the quality of Zafer’s work. We would not hesitate to recommend Zafer and PI Floor and Blinds

Personnel at PI Flooring were a pleasure to work with on our flooring order. Always pleasant and accomodating, Zafer did an excellent job with the installation. He worked quickly and kept a clean worksite. We are very pleased with the end product and would recommend PI Flooring to others.

We recently had PI Floors install new flooring in a property I manage, and I couldn't be more impressed! After a previous company did a horrible job attempting to repair our hardwood floors, PI Floors came in and completely turned things around. Their team was professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work. The new flooring looks absolutely amazing, and the owner is thrilled with the final result. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend PI Floors to anyone looking for top-notch flooring installation!

Got some new flooring installed from Pi floors, as well as floor repairs. Zafer is very friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, and helpful. He does his best to make his customers happy and I love that it’s a locally owned business that does great work (and with reasonable turnaround times!) I’ll be recommending Zafer to anyone I know looking for flooring in the future and will be going back for future services as well.

Very pleased with both product and service. Zafar runs an affordable flooring business and goes above and beyond to ensure client is satisfied. Definitely glad I went with him over the bigger stores in uptown. He didn't disappoint!

Wonderful service and excellent, speedy communication. Zafer installed a stair runner only a couple of days after I first reached out. He did a great job and I’d definitely reach out again for future flooring projects.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Pi Floor! From the incredible variety of flooring options to their excellent customer service, everything was top-notch.

I am a resident in Los Angeles, and I requested PI Floor to repair the bathroom floor of a house in Victoria, BC. The problem area had soft and raised boards, and I was very anxious because I didn't understand why it was like that. Additionally, my English conversation skills are not very good, so I was worried about communication. However, the PI Floor's response was quick, accurate, and professional. They sent me photos immediately after the repair and indicated future improvements. I would like to express my utmost respect for PL Floor's flexible response to the issue, despite my request coming from far away.

Thank you zafir for installing my carpet stair runner so quickly and efficiently.

Installation was quick and service was excellent.

Our carpet was starting to buckle and wave which needed fixing. My husband called one of the better known carpet dealers in town and they recommended calling a smaller, independent place as their starting fee was $450. So he searched online and came across an add on Marketplace. The reviews were mixed but we took a chance. We are so happy we did! Zafar agreed to come out after his store closed and was true to his word. In fact he arrived early, took a look at our carpets and got to work. He stretched the wrinkles and waves until the carpet looked perfect again. It cost us $250 which we thought was quite fair. He was profession, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. We would absolutely call this company again for any carpet, flooring or window covering needs. Thank you again Zafar!

There is a reason that Pi Floors has so many 5 star reviews. I've used Pi Floors three times now, and they are the only company I will use in Victoria. Quick, efficient, and incredible results. We had Pi Floors come in and install laminate flooring in our basement suite in Gordon Head. After calling, Zafer promptly arranged a time to meet, and after quickly measuring the room, a quote was given. On the day of the installation for the flooring in our 150 square foot room in the suite, Zafer was early, and ready to go. two hours later the job was complete and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Pi Floors, and I'll be in touch again soon! For anybody else reading this, do not hesitate to give Pi Floors a call.

Great service!! Fast, accurate and friendly service!! Highly recommended!

Pi floors exceeded our expectations in every way!! Excellent communication, polite, very fair prices, speedy work with stellar workmanship. Definitely earned my 5 stars and would use them again without hesitation.

Zafer did an amazing job on our new floors, he was so accommodating to schedule restraints, and delivered timely and excellent service. Thank you Zafer!

Great service, great support, quick replies to inquiries, we replaced the stairs flooring. We have another project to replace the bathrooms flooring and we are going to use them again.

We initially purchased vinyl flooring from PI Floor. They offered the most competitive pricing and very fast service. Given that positive experience, we then arranged to order all new window coverings from them as well. They came and measured everything, were courteous, professional, and friendly, and then they installed everything very quickly and ahead of schedule! Wonderful family business, we highly recommend and will certainly work with them again.

We were on a tight budget and an even tighter schedule and PI FLOOR came through with flying colours. They were polite, helpful, and very professional. I highly recommend them!

I used PI Floor Company to replace my apartment carpet by laminate. Everything was done well, fast and with high quality! The price was reasonable. I strongly recommend this company. Alexander

Excellent customer service from Zafer! He was very professional, thorough, and attentive. Really kind and friendly too! Highly recommend using their business.

I was impressed with PI Floors from the moment we entered the shop. Zafer was friendly and helpful, and he understood that we were working on a budget. He was professional throughout the process, and responded promptly to our texts and emails. We have an older home with some unique challenges, and Zafer was able to come up with a plan to deal with all of them. He installed flooring on the main floor of our home in less than 3 days, and the finished product looks great! My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Zafer and PI Floor and Blinds.

Our new floors are beautiful! Great service, from helping select the best product for us, to the quick and timely installation. Highly recommend.

Zafer and his family were an absolute delight to work with. Zafer and his wife helped me and my family make flooring choices for our new build. He recommended flooring choices to fit within our budget and never tried to upsell us on any products. They were kind and attentive throughout the whole process. My wife and I took a vacation outside the country and Zafer maintained contact with us regarding our order to ensure that everything was completed on time. I 1000% recommend PI flooring to anyone looking for floors and blind options in the greater Victoria area.

These guys are great! Very good work very profession and helpful, very honest.

Zafer was fast and extremely professional. I have used many companies in the past and this was one of my best experiences! We had luxury vinyl plank installed in our medical office. Highly recommended!

Great service and great job! I would recommend PI.

Wonderful local business with great quality products! Thank you Zafer and the team at Pi Floors :)

Zafer was knowledgeable, professional and honest. Our floors were installed in a very timely manner and look great. PI Floor was responsive, capable, and really great to work with. I highly recommend PI Floors and will defiantly use them again in the future.

I had PI FLOOR to install vinyl flooring at my mom's condo recently. The entire process was seamless. First of all, they responded immediately to my inquiry and Zafer came out for an estimate in a matter of couple of days. They also helped us to get the necessary approvals from condo by providing the right documentation, which was great. The process of selection was easy, they have plenty of options in the showroom and were able to provide some helpful advise and choose the right option for quality and budget. Quote was received immediately after that and it was more than reasonable. The work was scheduled within a couple of weeks from that and was completed very quickly. Overall, Zafer and Co are great to deal with, always on time and prompt to respond and the quality of work is great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and would most definitely use them again.

My parents had all of their hardwood floors changed by PI Floor and it was nothing short of an amazing experience. Zafer and his team were up front with everything and provided honest advice throughout the whole process. They showed up on time each day and were always ready to get the job done. -Quality products. -Expert installation. -Top notice customer experience & service. Will absolutely go with PI Floors again for our carpet and flooring needs in the future. Thank you, Zafer & team!

I went to Pi Flooring because they were the closest flooring store to my home. The young lady who talked to me was quick to answer my questions and give me the information I needed. She called me within just a few minutes of leaving, to give me the time the installer could come and estimate on my job. Zafer was my installer and he was courteous and timely - actually getting to my home even before the designated time, and had to wait for me! He removed the carpet that we were going to reuse, but he took out the old underlay that I wanted to get rid of. My situation was very unique, in that I wanted to rid the wood underneath of any cat urine that might be causing the smell that was in the room. Zafer left after removing the underlay, and I spent the next day treating the floor to get rid of the smell. He returned to finish installing new underlay, and putting back the carpet I still wished to use. He was quick and efficient and did a beautiful job re-installing the carpet. My whole experience with Pi Flooring, and Zafer specifically, was so positive, I will not look further if anything else needs to be done in my home. I love that they are a family run business. Their communication with me was very well timed, making sure I knew ahead of time their availability. I defiantly recommend Pi Flooring and Zafer as an installer to any other customer looking for very good, reliable service and friendly, down to earth individuals. Zafer's workmanship was outstanding. Well done Pi Flooring team!

Thanks Zafir for all your advise And guidance on replacing our existing flooring and selecting a newer updated product.

Found this store from google map and went to visit the store in person. I’m so glad I decided to go ahead and have them to replace our kitchen floor. I've recently had the pleasure of doing business with PI Floor. From beginning to end it was a positive experience. Zafer and team were incredibly friendly and they were responsive to any questions I had, whether by text, phone or email. PI's prices were fair and the installations happened when they said they would happen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zafer and team at PI Floor to anyone looking for flooring in the Victoria area. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

PI floor company deliver exceptional workmanship, but they also used high-quality materials that have significantly enhanced the overall look and feel of my moms home. The flooring they installed is not only visually stunning but also durable and long-lasting, ensuring that it will withstand the test of time. Furthermore, the entire team at PI floor was professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire project. They maintained a clean and organized work area, minimizing any disruption to my family’s daily routine. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in their willingness to address any concerns or questions I had promptly and efficiently.

We are so satisfied we preferred PI Floor to renovate our first lovely condo. The project was a half renovation, as we put new laminate in two bedrooms, the kitchen, closets, hallway and laundry, and the vinyl tile in two bathrooms. Our sale representative Gulsen was very professional to help us to decide on the best material and colour. Zafer and his team did a terrific installation in a few days with their high experience. We had pretty limited time for renovation and they did a great job from the very first step till the end. You can see the big difference from the pictures in how they leave the place livable for us. I would recommend PI Floor for your flooring needs.

They were professional and provided attentive, prompt responses to my inquiries. I would definitely recommend them.

They have been so helpful. I've been working on my late father's estate for the better part of a year. Unfortunately, I have to travel 1600 km to accomplish this. Zafer and Gulsen are Great people! Down to earth and very caring. Correspondence has been spot on. I recieved just what I had hoped for when I needed it. They have good prices + it's a family owned buisness!

Not only did he do an excellent job which included some tricky repair and preparation in our old home, he was finished right on time and on budget! Zafer did a fantastic job. He was thorough and skilled in his work. He addressed issues that came up with the work requirements without slowing down. I couldn’t have been more pleased!

They work really fast. I'm very pleased.

Renovating my 70s themed condo has been a project I have been putting off for a couple of years. The horrible carpet, orange vinyl and weird combination of tiles made for a very stressful project. Zafer took all that stress and handed it like a pro. He was very reassuring and troubleshooted all the quirks of this building excellently. He was very good at checking in with me and providing his expert opinion on any decisions which helped keep me calm. I am extremely happy with the outcome and will be using PI Floors for any future projects.

I had an excellent experience working with Zafer at PI floors. He took the time to discuss our options and I felt informed throughout the process. Our subfloor had a few cracks that we discovered once the old carpet was removed, and Zafer took the time to fill them. Even with a little extra work required, we still finished at the quoted amount. I live in a condo with strict bylaws, and Zafer worked with the bylaws and happily complied with the condo requirements. I am very happy with our new floors and would recommend PI floors for anyone looking to update their home or condo!

Zafer and his team are simply the best! Through every step of the process, they were professional, prompt and communicated clearly. They redid all of the flooring in our home and we are so happy with the results! Not only was the work beautifully done, Zafer was so kind and helpful along the way. We would highly recommend that you choose Zafer and Pi Floor for your next flooring project. You will not be disappointed!

Zafer did an incredible job in our space! It looks so amazing. He brought many options during our first visit that were exactly what I was looking for and I really appreciated his understanding of our budget and vision. He was able to accommodate my schedule, was always on time, extremely pleasant to work with, and very talented! I can't recommend his services enough. Affordable, beautiful, and timely!

Excellent price for an excellent product. Representative went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction and made time on his day off for us to come purchase our flooring

Always get fast responses, reasonable rates and customer service. Works hard and honest company, would recommend!

Love the result, would most definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you!

I've never had a floor done before, but this guy really sets the bar high. He arrived for a consult the same day I called him, the next day the floor was totally redone at a great price point compared to other contractors I had in. Great stuff and super happy! EDIT* After having a flood in my basement, I hired PI FLOOR back for another job. He was done in 3 hours and the place looks great!

Great experience working with Zafer at PI Floors... to the point I felt compelled to write a review. He showed up on time for a quote appointment during heavy snow and had knowledgeable advice for how best to get floor repairs done. He explained cost implications of some different scenarios on the spot. Squeezed in 700 sq ft installation on short notice, good communication throughout, tremendous work ethic.

Zafer is awesome! He’s very responsive from the start providing quotes and answering questions. His price is very competitive. He has been super patient and helpful with floor selections going out his way to find something I like. Highly recommend!

Installation was quick and very well done. Zafer was also able to install new baseboards! Final price was as estimated. I would highly recommend PI Floor for any of your flooring needs. Thank you Zafer!! Happy customer

Zafer was an absolute joy to work with—if only every contractor was as good renovations would be a real pleasure. He is knowledgeable, and very clear about the factors to consider. He gave me understandable options, and explained the impacts on cost and performance. And then he showed up when he said, and worked fast and effectively, leaving behind beautifully finished floors. I am absolutely going to call him for my next project.

In 2021 I hired PI Flooring to install the new floor in my restaurant. I was blown away by the price and the service and quality. Business owners and home owners alike will never go wrong with hiring PI Flooring. A great Victoria company that is family owned and provides top level service, product and finishing work. Thank you PI Flooring. We will be using PI Flooring for our future stores we open in Victoria.

Simply put - the service was excellent. Zafer was quick to respond to all my questions and the work was completed with great precision and fast. I was very impressed. He made suggestions along the way as I have never had floors replaced in my home before. I highly recommend PI Floors to everyone. You wont regret it!

As a professional flooring company PI Floor's supplied and installed our flooring -vinyl click planks for 3 bedrooms and two sets stairs. They worked really well, and it was finished just in 3 days which was excellent. The products were high quality and the installation was top-notch. In addition, transitions between the floor materials are perfect. Oh - and their prices were reasonable and as I said they met before our deadlines. Zafer was our sales rep and he took care of us from beginning through the end of the project. Thanks to him and his team! We are happy to have brand new floor, high quality products and amazing installation.

WOW! Zafer did a great job! So fast and even did a marvellous job on the stairs! Will use his services on my next project for sure! He even installed my Costco Vinyl flooring that I provided. See my pics here!

Zephir was great to work with. He installed a vinyl plank floor on the main to second floor stairs and the entire second floor of our townhouse. He started and finished each day on time and with great result. He finished today and we felt it was important to take the time to give him an excellent recommendation and support the very professional work he did for us. I truly believe in working with him, if we have any issue with the product, he will be there to support and help rectify the situation. I have been in business for 25 years myself and this is the type of individual and company that I love to work with.

Zeffer is very responsive. He provided a quality quote and had a large selection of flooring. He arrived on time and is very professional. The quality of his work exceeded our expectations. We had several rooms done, including stairs and a curved soaker tub. We highly recommend using PI Floor for your project.

We had our floor done by Zafer couple days ago. He's very responsive and gave us good deal. Quick and professional service.

PI Flooring is very easy to work with, professional and timely. A few things that mattered to me were quality, flexibility, affordability, and timing. Zafer was able to accommodate our needs through his willingness to help me manage budgets by working with me. As I am relatively handy I was able to save money on some preparation work (ie leveling flooring, and removal of carpeting etc) of which Zafer was good at providing tools and advice on. His work is prided on quality workmanship which I appreciated and witnessed. Through great communication PI flooring was able to help deliver my flooring and stairs upgrade well ahead of schedule. Thanks again!

Positive experience. The owner, Zeffer, was responsive and answered all my questions in a timely way. He's flexible and available on short notice and can work with any material provided to him. Overall, great experience.

Zafer came out to quote but I decided I could handle the job. Very pleasant man and I had a good feeling about him. Would trust him for a job in future.

We contacted PI Floor for an estimate and they were very prompt on getting back to us. We were provided samples to choose from, all very affordable. Our floors were old and needed some work prior to the new floor being installed and they were able to get that done and then the new flooring went down. We are very pleased with the result. They were professional, friendly and always on time. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Zafer........Mike & Jamie

This company came through for us in a tight spot. Besides prompt, punctual service, all floors needing replacement were done in one day. Even baseboards were taken care of, and caulked beautifully. Best of all, this company was mindful of pets, as well as seniors on site as work was completed.

PI Flooring did a small job for us today installing laminate flooring. They responded very quickly when we asked for an estimate and also did the actual job promptly. Quality of the work was excellent, the price was pretty good and the installers were pleasant and responsible. All good. Thanks.

We would highly recommend Zafer and Pi Flooring!! Very honest and supportive. Went over the top to help support us in our very unique project. Looking forward to working with Zafer again soon in the future!!!

Responded within minutes and went above and beyond expectations. Very professional.
