Planning new floors in Sidney or elsewhere on the Saanich Peninsula? Pi Floor & Blinds is a Greater Victoria flooring store that helps homeowners choose quality flooring and have it professionally installed.
Flooring Choices for Sidney Homes
From condos to family homes, our selection includes engineered hardwood, solid hardwood, luxury vinyl and laminate flooring. We work with brands such as Goodfellow, Harbinger, Eurostyle, Toucan, Cyrus, Twelve Oaks and Pravada, giving you a wide range of colours, textures and plank sizes to suit both classic and modern interiors. Lighter tones can make a smaller room feel more open, while richer wood colours add warmth to larger living spaces.
A Simple, Clear Process
Start by browsing online or visiting our showroom. Next, share your square footage and timeline, and we will review the details and follow up with a straightforward price. Then we book your installation at a time that works for you. To get a head start on measurements, use our flooring calculator. If you are replacing old flooring, let us know what is there now so we can plan removal and subfloor preparation.

Flooring Questions from Sidney Homeowners
Do you offer free estimates in Sidney?
Yes. You can book a free estimate online or call 250-590-0030. We review your rooms, the product you like and your timeline, then follow up with a clear price.
Which floor is best for kitchens and basements?
Many homeowners choose luxury vinyl for areas that see spills or moisture, because it is water-resistant and easy to clean. We will confirm whether a product suits your subfloor and room before you buy.
How much flooring should I order?
Measure each room, add a waste allowance for cuts (often around 10%), and round up to full boxes. Our flooring calculator does this math for you.
