★★★★★“I am writing this on behalf of my neighbor Anne. Anne is very happy with her vinyl plank flooring. Right from the beginning Zafer was courteous and helpful, he not only brought the samples to Anne but also helped her pick the right flooring for her condo. He gave a timeline and kept to it. Anne is very impressed with the quality of Zafer’s work. We would not hesitate to recommend Zafer and PI Floor and Blinds”
