Floors for Every Room
Living rooms and bedrooms often suit hardwood, while kitchens, laundry rooms and basements are commonly done in luxury vinyl. Laminate is a practical, scratch-resistant choice for busy households with pets or kids. Stairs, transitions and trims also matter for a finished look, so we talk through those details with you too. We will explain the pros and cons of each floor type for your rooms rather than pushing a single product.

Flooring Questions from Saanich Homeowners
Do you offer free estimates in Saanich?
Yes. You can book a free estimate online or call 250-590-0030. We review your rooms, the product you like and your timeline, then follow up with a clear price.
Which floor is best for kitchens and basements?
Many homeowners choose luxury vinyl for areas that see spills or moisture, because it is water-resistant and easy to clean. We will confirm whether a product suits your subfloor and room before you buy.
How much flooring should I order?
Measure each room, add a waste allowance for cuts (often around 10%), and round up to full boxes. Our flooring calculator does this math for you.
